Client Services officer

Courtney joined our team in February 2026 in the role of Client Service Officer within the Financial Advice arm of the business. She brings a strong background in client service and relationship management, with excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. Her ability to maintain accurate records, manage her time effectively, and prioritise tasks ensures smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Courtney also demonstrates strong conflict resolution skills and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Prior to joining BRCo, she worked in the travel industry in a sales team leader role, where she gained valuable experience in leadership, client engagement, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
