The Retiree Collective is a purpose-driven community for retirees and pre-retirees who want to stay connected, engaged, and fulfilled beyond work. It's built around the idea that what most people miss in retirement isn't the job — it's the sense of purpose, belonging, and structure that came with it. Through online connection, in-person meetups, interest-based groups, and inspiring events, the Collective gives members a place to belong, participate, and keep growing.

Members get access to a private online community portal, regular in-person events and gatherings (including three live events per year), and a growing network of member-led sub-communities — from walking groups and book clubs to a coffee club, health club, and creative spaces. Membership is designed to cover operational costs, not generate profit. Existing BRCO clients receive discounted pricing, and members can bring friends along to ticketed events for a small fee.

The Retiree Collective is led by members, for members. If you're passionate about an interest, you can step into a mentor or moderator role to help guide a group. Participation looks different for everyone — reading, commenting, joining a meetup, or simply being present all count. The community is private and invite-only, grounded in values of trust, respect, and inclusivity, with BRCO moderators supporting a safe and welcoming environment.
